day of appointment

Please arrive on time for your appointment at the hair salon to ensure you receive your full service. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be subject to a fee.

cancellation policy

Our time is our income at this hair salon and although we understand sometimes appointments need to be moved we require at least 48 notice so we may fill the open slot. Of course, we realize extenuating circumstances make 48 notice impossible so this policy is at the discretion of the stylist.

no show policy

A repeated no show or last minute cancelation will be on a strictly walk in basis. All appointments are confirmed by text, email or phone. Please let us know of  any changes in  your contact information.      

late policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for an appointment it may throw off every other appointment for the rest of the day and you may have to forfeit part of your service or reschedule for another time. Again, this will be at the discretion of the stylist.

adjustment policy

If you wish to have an adjustment on your service, you have 7 days to call for an appointment to do so. Product returns are for store credit only and must be unused when returned.

retail products

All salon products may be returned for a salon credit towards goods or services when returned within 15 days and with minimal product used.  

deposit

To book an appointment for parties of 3 or more we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total of scheduled services. In the event that the appointment is canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance, the deposit may be applied to future salon service.
